CANCELLATION

Any order can be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.  Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.  Any credit-card or other incurred fees that cannot be canceled will be charged to the customer for both the purchase and return, if applicable.

DAMAGED ITEMS – TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS

Any shipping damage claims must be reported to 33 SYSTEMS within 24 hours of receipt of this item. Pictures of the shipping box must be provided.  If the packaging is visibly damaged, do not continue to open this package.

Upon delivery of your purchase, you must inspect the shipment and examine for any damages to the packages.  Should damage be visible, take photographs and email these photographs to 33 SYSTEMS.  Items that the shipper damaged may take additional time to process because the shipper may need to inspect the shipment.

RETURN PROCESS

Before returning, you (the customer) must contact 33 SYSTEMS to obtain approval and a return merchandise authorization # (RMA #) for all items to be returned.  The RMA # must be prominently displayed on the outside shipping container (box) of the item being returned.

Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of all purchased items and in a like-new condition. Damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched items may be denied a return.

Return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing. Any returned items must be appropriately repackaged in the original box with all the original materials, including cords, adapters, documentation, and when received. The original packaging should be put inside another package or box for shipping.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.  This will be applied to the inspection and testing.  All opened, returned items must be inspected and tested before a credit can be issued.  Shipping, set-up, training, and data integration fees are nonrefundable once services are rendered.

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of receipt of your purchase.  If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.  Any approved refund will be applied to the person or entity that purchased the product if approved.

Any ordered item shipped by us (33 SYSTEMS) to you (customer) that you refused delivery and returned to us by the shipping company will be treated as a return, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.  You (the customer) agree to pay all shipping fees and our 25% restocking and inspection fees.
